Retreat

A week of movement, nature and Discovery

23 - 29 Januari 2027 | Kenya. Africa

Move, Breathe & Discover is a week of yoga, movement, meditation and meaningful experiences. Each morning begins with a grounding yoga and movement practice, followed by a nourishing brunch and plenty of time to enjoy the day.

Throughout the week, we’ll explore the coast and its surroundings — from beautiful beaches and the ocean to giraffes, dolphins and the Sacred Forest.

There is a balance between guided experiences and free time. You can join the activities, relax by the pool, spend time at the beach, have a massage, read a book or simply do nothing.

Our evenings are slow and peaceful, with shared dinners, meditation and moments of connection.

This is a week to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your body and the world around you.

Move. Breathe. Discover.
